Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds are issued via bank transfer to your provided account, or as store credit for your next order — whichever is preferred and confirmed with our support team.

2. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Amount

Refunds cover the value of the returned item. Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

4. Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before shipping, no charge applies since payment is collected only at delivery under our Cash on Delivery model.
